I’d call into Josh and Sarah’s podcast when I started meditating. They said they could picture me pacing back & forth in my apartment with an extra long thin cigarette hanging from my mouth. They laughed when I ate a whole container of yogurt that had expired a month before, plus it was activia, plus it wasn’t lactose free.
But I ate it and went running for an hour. They enjoyed my agonising non thinking decision.
They appreciated what i brought to their weekly podcast and community of listeners when I called in, where everyone knows me as Jeffrey.
We’re active acquaintances on social media & communicate well.
I had formula drafted & dated in an old #moleskine
Sarah (colonna) said let it go, and years ago I did.
Just perplexed whom finally prompted you to surrender to mainstream a little more.
