Yeah, TWR truly IS magical… and you guys, too, you’re incredible! Thank you so much!! I have no words for what you’re giving to me, for who you are and how you share that! You’re talking about people being so sincerely themselves and the best of themselves… do you realize you are just like that, too?❤️❤️

Truly magical. It felt like my cells that were resonating from the sound of were being electrified, energized, cleansed, fortified, cleared and grounded all at the same time. I am so appreciative to both of you two beautiful souls who care enough to make a difference in other people's lives by sharing your own personal journey's so openly and generously.

Mmmmmm

What I was craving and didn’t know it!!

The vibration

The struggle to get the sounds “right”

The pull

The noticing

The receiving!!!!- after -

The allowing and letting go

By the end fully immersed in surrender

Back story - I struggle with “waiting“ that anticipation feeling that gets me out of the present moment unless I am aware of that space

I noticed in this practice for the first few minutes I was waiting for the next vibrational sound.

I’m so grateful that it went long enough for me to notice this, and then to settle in and to work on reframing that waiting groove in my brain to a more present being.

I find Bon interesting but I also worry that I have could have the tendency to "chase too many rabbits". I do like what Rinpoche said about tradition.

I, too, was thinking literally at the beginning of the meditation, but when I let go and opened up, I was able to touch on the stillness, silence, and space. Very nice. ❤️
