Thanks for bringing Sherri to the Pod. I read Sacred Instructions a while back (after Jeff spoke about it on a homebase hangout). Is there an audio version of the book? Regardless I'm borrowing the Sacred Instructions book again from the library.
It's curious how Indigenous wisdom keeps showing up in my life, and not in a Lewis Carroll kind of way. Cheers
How do we manifest and focus on the new paradigm / story while at the same time take responsibility to face, walk through, befriend the "triggers", the uncomfortable places. It feels so paradoxical.
This stirred hope in me. I’m feeling so grateful for the knowledge Sherri is teaching here.
Also I enjoyed when Tasha mentioned wanting everything to be in ritual - I relate to that 💕
Love this episode. Added sacred instructions to my read list 💚
Hi Jeff and Tasha ,
I would love to talk you guys about improv and how it relates to meditation and life !
I teach workshops using improv for effective communication and mindfulness. it would be amazing to connect.
All the best ,
