I love hearing both of your perspectives and excited for Season 2! I loved S1 - John Prendergrast’s and Selene Sellasie’s meditations were deeply comforting and Debra Joy’s voice episode was actually quite transformative for me. Am so grateful for all that you’re sharing!

Proposal for a less irreverent but equally effective in metaphor using in offering rigorous evidence based workable frameworks, from a more "allopathic " perspective is

https://www.mcgill.ca/psychiatry/allan-fielding

Inherited and transformed the scope of Allan Memorial Institute at the Psychiatry Outpatient Department of the McGill University Health Centre and also the Day Hospital ( the first multi modal facility in North America that dealt with shell shocked people. Later DSM ( Diagnostic snd Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) renamed as PTSD. And many flavours , variants and combinations with ADHD , bipolar, depression, etc..

Really interesting suggestion. I would love to chat with him. We like peppering in the psychiatrists, share the allostatic load!

Mylène has my McGill coordinates. I do not know the rules of engagement in this situation. I usually just burst and make myself thoroughly misunderstood with solid lasting results. At least I am consistent at that ( improved in the last years of getting some weird glimpses of self agency ).

Please some guidance through Mylène would go a long way. And there's more interesting than you think ( Search LSD/ Mk Ultra and McGill in the same DuckDuckGo web search). That's the place.

I'm so glad you'll be back for a second season! I happened to stumble upon your podcast at the beginning of season one, and had an experience listening to your first episode that changed my life, honestly. Suggestion for a guest: Violet Synergy. She does a lot of work with sensation and the emotion body.

Hi Nissa - Violet is my friend! We are definitely planning to get her on, she is the best. Thanks for listening to the pod!

Finally checked my spam and…wow: there you were! — Hiding behind virtual email folders the whole time (years?). ( Spam may be email’s subconscious. Wouldn’t that disappoint Freud.). So glad to find you. Will be subscribing and listening in. So great to feel your enthusiasm again, Jeff, even if it’s through plastic. Looking forward to the podcasts!

It is exhilaratingly intoxicating for us too... goes with a the continuous floral transformation into a seed pod of frames and answered perplexities for the eternally distracted.

Bi-pod for bipeds. (2pod 4 2ped ?) (4ped when downward facing ... oh well... I am trying too hard ) ...

Yes, I gasped when there was unclear that the pod was going to flow or not (bowing reverently to Csikszentmihalyi consciousness )
