Excellent podcast. As a re emerging writer (for lack of a better term) it did bring up more questions than answers. It also revealed in the last exercise that my overtihinkimg does rear its head in "explaining," both what I do and don't want to write about...very insightful and so much to explore and uncover. Thank you

This really worked for me. I'm trying journalling and have felt a bit constipated.
