@Jeff Warren @Tasha Schumann Thank you so much for this! I had forgotten about Tapping, which I was first introduced to a couple of years ago. So glad you brought Mirjam onto your podcast. I’m looking forward to adding this as a regular practice. You guys rock.
So glad to see this episode! I’ve worked with this technique for years because it’s tried and true for me -I can feel something good happening in my body. Always nice to have instant feedback like that :)
Reminds me of how I feel with BodyTalk- Fast Aid Cortices tapping- my body apparently likes tapping! Doesn’t matter that I can’t wrap my brain around the “why.”
Tapping some spots felt good, like under my eyes and lips. Most of the spots felt neutral, but I had a strong, visceral dislike for tapping the outside of my hands. Did anyone else notice anything like that?
Once we went to the young version and began retapping—I immediately started crying
Me too. Powerful. I know I had some clearing last night.
Wow! Marina + Kelly, thanks for sharing!! ❤️ Somatic work is such powerful stuff
Thank you for this!

Glad you liked it! I’ve been meaning to try tapping for years, but never had the chance. What a cool technique…. Really loved it 😍

Hi Team, I'm subscribed but having trouble finding the link to join the after party. Any ideas that would help me out?
Cheers
